Talk time timer for each participant in group chat

Hi,

Is there talk time timer available for skype? Skype already knows who is talking. Could there be a timer added (when asked) to be seen? Basically at the end of a 30 minute group chat, you could see that the person A talked 15 minutes, person B talked 9 minutes, person C talk 5 minutes. Ands yes, i'm saying for this example there was a total of 1 minute of silence in the call. Or it could be that person B talked 11 minutes. meaning that 2 people talked over each other for one minute.
