I just got quarantined In Turkey w COVID. CDMA phone, no data or call capability. I can use Internet, a US VPN and perhaps Skype.
I can't send data texts or receive normal calls with this phone. SMS verification doesn't seem to work. Is there a way to install WhatsApp under these conditions? Or another option for Internet calls?
I'm stuck in a room so buying a burner phone with data may not be easy.
