Forgive my ignorance as I know little about computers, but the answers I get from my IT department aren't exactly answers.
One of my employees works remote. When he connects to the VPN his internet speed goes from over 500MPS to 12MPS. Web browsing becomes unusable.
I have been told the amount of "hops" it takes to get from our server to his PC is the problem.
Can anyone suggest a solution or a direction to go?
VPN is a Windows VPM
