Problem with adding a post now

Hello,

i tried to add a post on instagram and discard it, but when i open again the plus icon at the home screen to add again, the toolbox suddenly has missing now, now it's automatically open the post mode and not giving me the small toolbox how can i bring it back?

System Configuration: Windows / Chrome 102.0.0.0
