TikTok and the lost coins

Hello,

so i promoted a lot of my content on tiktok, with the Coins.
However i stopped one promotion way before deadline and i barely used any coins. even tho i didnt used any coins i didnt get the coins back that i put into the promotion?

I put like 3000 coins in for 2 days
Stopped the promotions after 2 hours.
Then i should be getting the remaining coins back right?

What to do?
