I am unable to appeal IG for deactivation ARMY Vet

I hope I get some advice here. I run a page on IG for Veterans and the Military, especially for those battling PTSD and mental health. Since the War in Ukraine, I have created many posts and stories supporting Ukraine through my page. This meant that many pro-Russian accounts and Russian spammers did their job by reporting my account over and over again. The first time I could appeal and I got my page back in 3 days. It's now been 13 days and I can even appeal IG it gives me an error message. Does anyone know what I can do? Who can help me? My Instagram page was @Jesusucsb_ovo
