My Chromebook Down Arrow Key Wont Scroll If i Hold Them

Hello,

Im using My Chromebook for My School everyday. But When my friend randomly (bashing, holding the keys like it wont broke) Ive started to see the difference which I Cant Scroll Holding The Down Arrow Key (Also Going Back And Fourth with Right or Left Key) So now i need an answer how to fix this Issue, I Searched The Whole Internet Without Any Answer On How To Fix This is "Chromebook" So i need Someone Helping Me, Thanks.
