Hello,
I work onsite at a school, and a few teachers, and myself, are experiencing an issue with accessing .html files from Gmail.
When clicking the attachment, the following error appears:
You do not have the access privileges to view this page
If your session has expired please login again
The above had only started occurring for one user sometime in the middle of July.
Now the numbers of users has gradually increased.
We're all under the same domain.
Any advice on how to resolve the issue would be greatly appreciated.
Apologies, just wanted to add, the file that they are trying to access was exported from a verified application. Not from an unknown source.
