Unauthorized access

Hi,
I hope I have come to the right place to ask a few questions.
I have a channel on tiktok that has recently exploded with attention. I have also been contacted by organizations that provide training for students who are going to work in the maritime industry. my channel focuses on filming and editing to make the work at sea look more fun, instead of dramatic and serious.
Organizations would like to use my channel for further development of students and use my videos for recruitment.
The question here is, is it possible to get a paid collaboration or be sponsored by those who produce these videos further on tiktok? possibly How can I proceed to such a conversation with them?

Am based in Norway.

I'm very new, so I welcome tips and tricks.
