How to unlock my facebook account

When I logged into my Facebook account, this form of text appeared. Here is the heading text of that message:
Confirm Your Identity To log into your Facebook account, you need to first confirm your identity

I then clicked the Confirm button. This text appeared right after it:
Thanks For Your Help We'll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help confirming your name, we'll reach out for additional documentation.
