How to turn off floating in-app notifications on Instagram

Hi,

I need help. 

How do I turn off the floating in-app notification on my Instagram?

If I receive a post from a person, I open this post to view it - and the person send me another post or writes a comment. A floating in-app notification appear on the top of my iPhone screen... How do I make this notification disappear? How do I disable this feature? I googled and found this guide, but I cannot find this section on my iPhone:

• Turn on/off floating and Lock screen notifications.

I find the floating notification quite annoying. 

And yes, I've turned off the banner notification etc on my iphone under the app settings.
