Zero audience reach on boost even if I put £18000

Hello,

I have used boosts before and they have worked great, but now when I use custom or automatic boost it's comes up with 0-0 reach?? Meaning the lowest amount of people I will reach is 0 and the highest is 0. Even if I put the boost upto £18000??

Also I've been losing followers every hour for a week now

No help from help centre, of course

Please help
