All unsaved contacts are gone after reinstalling the app

Hello,

My phone was factory resetted for repairment reasons and we did not backup the whatsapp's data in drive, all of the contacts couldnt load and every chat's messages were empty. Even though the entire chat's data/history was missing, all the contacts I last messaged remained intact in the chat list. It's just empty and unsaved. The whole contacts that were still available turned to default phone numbers. After reinstalling the app hoping for any found restoration files, all of the contacts i seen on the list are wiped out. I cannot message anybody but only to the group chats I'm in. is there a way I can retrieve these numbers? I don't care about restoring the chat history anymore. I needed the numbers more than anything. Thank you
