Connex stealth book Logo stucked on startup

Hello,

My Connex stealth book model: L1465 is stucked on the startup Logo and if I hold down on the fn+f key, it takes ages to bring up the Bios and eventually after 10-15 minutes the Bios pops up. 

Now going through the boot order I can see the boot manager as boot no. 1 and UEFI shell is no.2 and the USB Flash drive is no.3.So I set the boot order no.1 USB flash drive 

No.2 Boot Manager and no.3 UEFI shell. 

I saved changes and after reboot the startup Connex Logo remain stucked.
