Can't get code generator. My F.B hacked. My phone cloned.

Hi. My Facebook account was hacked but my phone was cloned too. It sends me codes but then asks for a login code I've used before which I can't find either. Something to do with a code generator. Does anyone know where I might find one of these please. I've tried several times interacting with the f.b team. I have sent them my passport id 4 times. I've had to change the password every time I try to log in. They asked me to tell them in detail what the problem was and to send screen shots. A few days ago, I did this all again but even after sending 15 screen shots and explained it all again, I still got no response. Please help. They made me a new one but I don't want that. I want my old one. There's pics and videos I can't replace. Now, it seems my account has disappeared. My friends were reporting a problem . Now my friends can't find me at all. It has gone. I hope someone who hacked it has not deleted it.
