To find the connection between cpu & TV

Hello,

I have the tv which is LG golden eye, 21 inches. & also i have the normal cpu & lcd Moniter. but moniter is 14 inches only. so i want to connect the cpu to TV, whenever i want to use the computer. so with out lcd moniter i want to use the cpu & TV. for that purpose, i want to know the connecting devices like, cable with the different ports. so, please understand my problem & give me the correct suggestion to connect the cpu to TV as early as possible.
