Question

Hello,
I have a volume up and down on my keyboard but can not get it to work, what do I do? I can do it in control panel but would like to use keyboard to increase or decrease.

Dear Sarak, 

Please open a file in WMP and check whether you can adjust the volume 

through the keys  on your keyboard. If you are able to use them, it might 

mean that the keys have been disabled while there is no application like 

WMP is working. Yet please check whether the sound has not been muted.

I also found that the Volume Control Wheel next to the Headphone Socket on the front edge of the laptop controlled sound coming from the built in speakers when no headpones were plugged in - simply turning the wheel increased the volume again so I could hear it :-)

hi any can help me out?i am able to decrease the volume but in my laptop I am not able to see the notification on screen when decreasing or increase.if I on caps lock also there is no notification also.
