Gmail account is disabled

Hello,

My gmail account was disable on 01.07.2010 and I have not been able to access it from then. I have got a verification code after which I was able to change the password but no use I still can not access my account. The worse thing is the alternative id which I had given in my setting is no more working and I also for the answer to secret question. I have filled the form provided by google support twice but of no use I am not able to get my account

Kindly request you to help me recover my acct.
