Storage of information to two reports

Hello, I have to now keep an report on mileage used and a reimbursement. Can I input a mileage in one report that will auto update into another report keeping just the mileage but not the reimbursement amounts. I'd like to show total mileage used on the second report. The reimbursement info is submitted and is not retained. In that report the information is inputted in and a printing is done but not saved. Can this be done?
