Excel Copying Columns

I have a spreadsheet for labor hours - Reg & OT columns per employee for 26 pay periods. I have the spreadsheet sorted by employee. Each employee has 26 payperiods of Reg & OT hours; so each employees has 26 lines on the spreadsheet. I want the spreadsheet to have one line per employee. How do I copy the columns of Reg & OT hours so that they go across the top of the page as Reg OT Reg OT Ret OT etc. by payperiod? This is an example of what the spreadsheet looks like now:

Reg OT
John Doe 40 10
John Doe 35 0
John Doe 40 12
John Doe 39 0

I want it to look like:

Reg OT Reg OT Reg OT Reg OT
John Doe 40 10 35 0 40 12 39 0
