Slight Warm/Plastic burn smell, Help

Hello,

My friend just gave me his Nvidia GeForce GTS 250 512mb GDDR3. Its performance its pretty awesome but I have noticed a slight warm/burning smell with it. I don't know if I should be worried as the card is around 57 degrees which is totally normal. It might be the dust or the fact that it hasn't been used for long (around 5 months) . Well I just want your opinion about it. Here are my specs.
