My all accounts are closed without reason

Hello,
My Hotmail accounts are all closed, I am actually fed up from Hotmail. Last year they have closed my hotmail account, which was my archive. The reason was that I have seen my account always open and therefore , I changed the password, then forgot the new password. The account is still closed or discarded by the hotmail team.

The other account, which was the alternate is also closed last week, without reason as well. They are saying, they are saving my account, but I lose all data and the my accounts. I don't know what to do, They are sending a code to my old email account that they have closed. I am really lost!
