Dell Inpiron 1545 not booting up,

Hello,
I have try everything that Dell support can provide, I have seen a lot of forums, but no luck yet. I have a Dell Inspiron 1545. I have done the F8 and the Alt+F10 and both of them do not work, I always get a blinking cursor on the top left corner of the screen. after the diagnose I got an error code 2000-0146. I did what dell suggested but no luck, the same problem, I have removed battery and hold on/off for 45 sec. nothing still the same problem. what is the problem with this model.?
