I was trying to speed up my boot up process so I went into msconfig and in the advanced settings I pushed the processors to 4 from one and I also clicked on the PCI lock It went into restart and that was all she wrote. Now while windows is booting a very quick blue screen displays and dumps the boot process. I have tried everything possible short of a new install with partition format. Is there any way to get back in or is there a way to reset these settings in bios? Since my problem I have installed UBUNTU as a second OS to let me into my files at least. I really would like it to work normally again in windows. If anybody has a solution please help Thanks
