Says connected but cannot get on internet.

Hello, I'm having problems connecting to the Internet even though it says connected. All other devices in my house have no problem, just my laptop. I have Comcast as my internet provider and have been on the phone with them for 2days and they can't solve the problem. My operating system is Windows. 7 and I'm using a DELL laptop. Can anyone please help me?
