Slow Internet while Charging...

Hello,

Okay This might sound weird but I am facing this issue for past 2 days.
Whenever my laptop is running on its battery, my internet works fine
but as soon as I pug in for charging it, the internet slows down terribly. It take a minute just to open google. I have tested is and 99% of times it slows down.

HP G60 230-US
Win 7 Ultimate
