NO YOUTUBE,NO VIDEO DOWNLOAD!

Whenever i want to watch video on youtube,it's not working.I got the latest ver. of flash player,my graphic card is updated,but still i'm not able to watch videos on youtube.

When the video starts it just gives me an error "An error occured,please try again later." or video unavailable,because of which i'm not even able to download videos from youtube!
Pleas help i want my youtube back!! :(
