Windows Shut Down

Hello, received a message that windows did not shut down properly and if I wanted to boot in a safe mode, safe mode with networking or normally etc. If I choose normally it boots right up. However, when I arrived at my desktop, there is a message that states windows has just recovered from an unusual shutdown.
