Hello,
My virgin voyage for tech help. I have a Gateway laptop that quit powering up with the battery installed. I removed the battery and that allowed it to power up. When I installed the battery after it was powered up, it would shut off. I ordered a replacement battery. It worked for a few days and now the same problem. Any clue what's causing this and if there is a fix? Thank you for any help.
