My Real Player downloads, but the downloader stopped opening

Hello, I updated to RP 16.0.0.282 and got all the latest updates. It still downloads, but the downloader doesn't open as a window, so I can't watch or manage the downloads or clear the list, etc. The downloader appears in the task bar, but clicking on it doesn't do anything - it won't come up. The downloads appear in Explorer when they're done, but I can't figure out what happened to the downloader window.

Any ideas?

Update: it was "permanently" minimized. I was able to click on the preview image in the taskbar and get it to open. Then I could resize it and it now appears. Wonder why it installed that way? It was fine before the upgrade to RP 16.
