Suddenly - Can't Log In (Not a Password Problem)

I believe I have been "roadblocked" and every time I try changing my password it takes me back to "please follow the steps to secure your account and make sure its you". I follow the steps. I have tried disabling cookies, clearing caches, changing passwords. nothing works, any advice? I use AOL. I went into Google Chrome and it let me in - once. When I go back into chrome to access Facebook, it's the same problem as I'm having on AOL. I've seen others have this problem, but no solutions as yet.
