My home page on Facebook is blank, how can I fix this?

Hello,
I am having a problem with the Home page and Profile page, both are not loading. Facebook opens up with my name yet the rest of the page is blank and I don't know how to fix this. Does anyone know what to do. I have tried clearing my history and deleting "cookies". When I try to click on the little tool icon at the far right to go to my account or log off, it won't let me. Please help and thank you.
