Hello,

I want to know how to do this kind of table
Let's say I have two teams under 2 supervisor with 7 employees/supervisor
and what I want is to monitor their lates absences undertime and such, and whenever I pick something from the cell that has a data validation it puts color to the cell like Present = green, late = orange, absent = red, undertime = yellow, leave = gray, and there are also some that shares the color like off and leave will be both gray, holiday absent is also red. is this something doable in Excel 2003?
