Problem with my hotmail Account/ID

Hello,

I have problem my hotmail ID when I have enter the mail ID. my mail ID is not recognized. I have this mail alternate to other account I have too much Problem. yahoo account is the same problem my Verification code is come in this ID deleted for security reasons by your friendly neighbourhood moderator@hotmail.com.
please give me solution to tackle this problem. so i can sign in my above mentioned hotmail account
