Forfiles command to delete older files irrespective of file type

Hello,

Iam using forfiles command to delete older files, initally i got error as access denied for few files.

when i checked those file properties, readonly attribute is checked and for few files are type as "file" without any extensions.

please assist me to delete these older files using forfiles command.
