I cannot post any question, because of french grammar alert.

Hello,
Every time i try to ask a question in hardware section i see "Veuillez écrire correctement s'il vous plaît (pas de SMS, orthographe, grammaire)" flashing on red. I DO NOT live in France and i DO NOT write in french, so how can i make any mistakes in french? I cannot ask any question because of this. Please, fix it
