How to connect my samsung S5233W TO WIFI

HELLO,
I just to ask on how to connect my samsung s5233w to wifi? I already follow all instructions given for connection and read all messages inquiring wifi connection of samsung but when I browse the response is cONNECTION FAILED. NO RESPONSE FROM AP. What is AP?

Here's my Setting

Bearer type : Wifi
SSID:Hcmintal
Auth type: WPA
Encryption type: TKIP
Network key: ************
Protocol: HTTP
Home URL: http//
Proxy Address
Linger time (sec): 300
Ad hoc:Off
Advance setting:
how can i connect?please help me. do I need to used memory card in order to connect a wifi?
