Getting out put volume slow of Nokia3110c ie in Earphone.

Hello, Sir/Madam,
Actually I can not get volume when i connect my mobile to earphon of my mobile Nokia-3110c. Also connecting to woofer same problem occured, but the Mobile speaker volume is ok. Please solve my problem.
