SPECIFIC WEBPAGE DOESN'T LOAD

Hello,

I live in Brazil and used to logon to a Polish site called www.ekomex.com.pl. also www.ekomex.eu. Recently the website was refurbished and ever since I can't have the page loaded anymore. I tried different PC, laptop from different connections sources, also tried IE, Mozila, chrome, ... Page is not loading what ever I do. The polish webmaster confirmed site works fine in europe and in the US, no complain except from us ... Has anyone any idea what it can be ? thanks Jean
