Want to increase speed UTP 6 .... 250 mts

Greetings,

Iam working for a University of dubai., even though we have hi technology implemented., the area we stuck is over a uniform cum book shop which is build long back with UTP 6 wire in it serially connected with 5 PC over a switch in straight connection distance of 350 mts from sever room(Admin Block) ., connection from server room is taken through underground in L shape.

Suggest as possible test to carry out to increase upload speed.



Current details

Router :: Cisco L
Service provider : 40 mbps download 25 mbps upload connection.

The above mentioned speed is seen on all pc in admin department.

but in book shop cum uniform shop we seen

9mbps download speed and upload nil.

Pl, share possible suggestion !! even it could be small or big but i believe group of head could surely will succeed.

Note :: The best suggestion will be rewarded ..
Need to work on same UTP only no current plan to swift to FOC.
