Both PC Win XP & laptop Win7 cannot access internet

After upgarding our smartbroadband, both stated gadgets (hp mini and pentium 4 pc) cannot access internet (Wired connection).
only acer win Vista can access, what do you think can I do to fix this problem? any suggestion pls? thank you!
