Within an entire excel sheet, I would like the entire row to turn into red font when I type the number 10 into any cell in column H.
For example,
* if I type the number 14 into any cell under column H, I'd like that entire row to turn into blue font.
* If I type the number 18 into any cell under column H, I'd like that entire row to turn into green font.

How may I achieve this type of formatting?
