Why GTA 4 not installing on my system

Hello,

following are my system status:
CORE I3 2ND GEN
4GB DDR3 RAM
2GB ATI RADON 7670HD + 2GB INTEL HD GRAPHICS
WINDOWS 8 OS
35 gb empty space on c drive
but the game is not installing .
please help
