Issues with Yontoo and possible other programs

Hello I am new to the site but from what I have been reading it does a lot of good. So I come with an issue and hopefully someone would so kind and help me out.

I have Yontoo on my computer and need help removing it. I downloaded AdwCleaner but I am lost from there. I had the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE VIRUS earlier on my computer that I some how was able to disable by shutting down a program but I don't believe it was ever removed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advances!!!
