Acer Aspireone laptop not switching on

Hi,

I have Acer aspireone 10.1 inch (Atom processor).
I did not use my laptop almost a year because my screen broken. Now i want to replace my screen. When i try to switch on its not switching on. After changing the battery also its not working.

Please guide me on this.
