Acer aspire 5552 laptop Won't start easly on cold start [Closed]

Hello,

I have an acer aspire 5552 laptop , it dose not start in normal time, I have to press the power button 20 -23 times on and off until gets worm then will boost to window , I have updated the bios , fully formatted twice but still the same any idea please ?
