Internet connection problem between nokia lumia and windows 7 PC

Hi i bought a nokia lumia 720 about 20 days back.I have a windows home 7 basic laptot.The problem arises when i put the "internet sharing" option on the nokia 'on'.The PC shows;"connected to nokia lumia but the browser do not work(both firefox and IE).This happens half the time,other half it works fine.Please help.
