I need help with excel formula

Hello,

I have a database of people requesting their points to be transferred from one account to another, frequency of transfers is a combination of quarterly, monthly, bi-monthly and so forth, clients determines the date they want their cycle to begin . I am looking for a model that will help me extract these data on from the database into a single sheet in excel
