Pendrive Detected But Didnt Show At My Computer

I recently bought a Kingston 64gb pen drive from my teacher(100% new in package). When i plug into my computer it made the detect sound and says pen drive successfully installed. I open my computer it didn't show anything then i did some research on the net and found this solution (https://www.troublefixers.com/usb-pen-drive-detected-but-doesnt-show-up-in-my-computer/ but when i open Disk Management it also didn't show there.. i ran out of ideas..
