Blank screen facebook

I was using Facebook this morning and it was working fine. I turned my computer off for awhile and when I turned it back on a few hours later and tried to sign in to Facebook and all that came up was a blank screen with a few links on the left-hand side. Clicking the links (notifications, profile, etc) only leads me to more blank screens.

What happened, and how can I fix it?
